NSW Resources is expanding the Regulator Portal (Portal) to include online applications for item and design of plant, licences and exemptions.
Organisations can register for a user account from the dates below with assistance from an introductory webinar on the same days:
- 5 August 2024: design and item of plant registration. Register here
- 19 August: licensed activities and. Register here
- 2 September: exemptions, including innovation policy applications. Register here
The portal applications will replace fillable word applications submitted via email.
Emailed applications will not be accepted after 5pm, Friday 13 September 2024.
The portal will enable authorisation holders to lodge, monitor and track progress of applications electronically, thus benefiting by streamlining their dealings with the Regulator.
