Work health and safety reports are now overdue

Annual work health and safety reports for the period 1 July 2020 through to 30 June 2021 were due on 31 July 2021 via the Regulator Portal.

If you have not already submitted your reports for this period, you must do so immediately.

In the case of an individual, penalty notices of $720 or court-imposed fines of up to $6,000 may apply, and in the case of a body corporate, penalty notices of $3,660 or court-imposed fines of up to $30,000 may apply.
