Health monitoring

Health monitoring means checking a worker to identify changes in their health status due to exposure to certain substances. Health monitoring must be supervised by a registered medical practitioner with experience in health monitoring.

Bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace

If you have been bullied or experienced inappropriate conduct, or sexual harassment, it is important to respond quickly. Who to report the conduct to, will depend on the conduct being reported.

Notifiying an incident

Bullying in the workplace is 'repeated, unreasonable behaviour directed towards a worker or group of workers that creates a risk to health and safety'. Go here to see if the Regulator’s mine safety unit may be the right agency, or the only agency, to contact.
