Have your say: evaluating the practising certificate maintenance of competence scheme requirements

A discussion paper on the maintenance of competence scheme requirements for practising certificates for certain safety-critical roles under the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Act 2013 is now available for public comment.

We are seeking written submissions from stakeholders and other interested parties. Details of the submission process are on the consultation webpage, where you can:

  • download the discussion paper
  • download and submit the fillable PDF form
  • take the online survey.

The closing date for submissions is 5 pm Friday 16 February 2024.
